If you feel that you would like support or need some more information, contact SHA on 01691 688967 or call in to the office in Centre North West, Oswestry. Alternatively if you are already involved with a referring agency, ask your advisor to refer you.
All referrals will be considered within two weeks of receipt and you and your referrer (if appropriate) notified of the outcome. If the project is full and support cannot start immediately, you may be placed on a waiting list. Priority will be given to those who are at risk of losing their home if they do not have support, otherwise clients will be accepted in order of application.
